1. Who we are
EventNexis is a product of NexisHub (“NexisHub,” “we,” “us”). By creating an organization workspace or using EventNexis on behalf of one, you agree to these terms on your organization's behalf.
2. Pilot phase
EventNexis is currently in an early pilot phase. Features, pricing, and availability may change as we work with early customer organizations. We'll communicate material changes to affected organizations directly.
3. Your organization's data
Your organization retains ownership of the data it enters into EventNexis — guest lists, invitations, attendance records, and reports. We do not sell organization or guest data, and we do not use it to train third-party models. See our Privacy Policy for how it is handled.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use EventNexis to register guests, generate invitations, or store data without a lawful basis for doing so, and not to attempt to access another organization's workspace or circumvent access controls.
5. Roles and responsibility
Your organization is responsible for the accuracy of the data it enters and for managing who within your organization holds Owner, Administrator, Principal, or Usher access. NexisHub platform administration is separate from your organization's workspace and does not grant NexisHub standing access to your data — support access, when needed, is explicit, time-limited, and logged.
6. Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, particularly during this pilot phase. We maintain backups and a documented recovery process for the underlying database.
7. Termination
Either party may stop using or providing EventNexis at any time. On request, we will help an organization export its data before an account is closed.
